These value priced steps are designed for customers desiring a lower cost solution to our standard models. These steps are lower in cost due to the use of less expensive materials used in their construction.
Value Line Steps are made from OSB (Oriented Strand Board) instead of plywood. The use of OSB in no way decreases the strength of the steps, as the OSB is 7/16" thick compared to 3/8" for the plywood standard models use. The steps are covered with a lightweight carpet-like material (Needle Punch Carpet) that could be described as similar to the covering used in some car trunks.The quality of these steps has not been compromised by the use of less expensive materials.

Features:
- Mini Pet Stairs intended for small dogs and cats. As a guide we suggest these stairs are suitable for dogs up to 21 lbs.
- Stairs are proportionately designed for the shorter legs of smaller dogs. The length of the dog will also determine the step selected.
- A standard sized pet step may be more suitable for a long dog such as a Dachshund.
- Mini pet steps are constructed from OSB (oriented strand board) and are covered with needle stitch carpet
- The steps have an unfinished, open back as the steps are usually placed against a surface where the back will not show.
- The screw holes on the sides are very visible due to thinner carpet. This is not a defect.

Our Recommendations:
- MEASURE YOUR PLACEMENT AREA ACCURATELY. Many returns are attributed to
not taking the time to understand the amount of space needed for the product.
It is recommended that you measure the placement area carefully.
- Longer dogs may need a bigger step than shorter dogs of the same
weight.
- The width of the actual step is approximately 2 inches less than the overall
width.
