Shipping Policy

PetFrenzy.com ships most orders via UPS within 1-2 business days after receipt of order (exceptions are noted on product pages). If you choose UPS ground shipping, your order will typically take between 3 to 8 days depending on where you live. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as days in transit. PetFrenzy.com reserves the right to ship with any carrier without notice.  Free shipping is for ground service only within the contiguous United States. Actual shipping charges incurred by PetFrenzy.com will be deducted from the customer refund on returned items.

Expedited Shipping.
Depending upon the item(s) you plan to purchase, you generally have the option of choosing expedited delivery methods with UPS at checkout. Our quoted prices for expedited and international delivery are the incremental amounts over ground shipping.  On returned items, the full amount of actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

How long it takes for delivery is based upon the freight carrier's shipping service. We make no promises or guarantees that a specific delivery date can be made. When deciding a shipping option, you need to take into consideration that most orders may take 1-2 business for us to process before the item is shipped. And you need to factor in that orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern will not be reviewed until the following business day and that weekends and holidays do not count as days in transit. If you order expedited shipping on a product with a long lead time (e.g. pre-orders, requires construction, etc.), the product will be shipped using the expedited service as soon as the item can be shipped.

If expedited shipping options are not presented to you during checkout, it may be because an item in your shopping cart is too large or heavy to be shipped any other method than ground. Also certain products have restrictions like aerosol spray training products that cannot be shipped using air freight. If you have special delivery needs, please contact customer service for assistance.

We can only ship using our own shipping account. 

International Shipping.
International orders are generally shipped United States Postal Service Air. PetFrenzy.com reserves the right to ship with any carrier without notice. We can only ship using our own shipping account. Free Shipping is for ground service only within the contiguous United States.

Make sure the item is legal for import and allowed in your country BEFORE you order. Any product(s) seized by customs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. If customs refuses entry of your item and it is returned to us, you the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred.  All import taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot put false values or “gift” on international shipments.  All international orders display a shipping line item inclusive of both shipping and handling fees.  Additional shipping charges may be applied to any returned items.

Some items may be blocked from shipment to international addresses because of manufacturer export rules (e.g. PetSafe, Innotek, and SportDOG products are for domestic only purchases) or due to extraordinarily high shipping costs.  If you experience difficulty placing an order online, please contact our customer service and a special shipping quote can be provided, if applicable.

Special Note: Most electronic training products are not legal for import into Australia, Denmark, Finland, or Iceland.

Large Item Shipping.
Many large items such as patio panels, AutoPet products, and dog ramps are shipped FedEx & FedEx Ground.
Certain items such as large bird cages may ship via freight carrier. Please confirm that your “ship to” address can accommodate a freight truck delivery. Freight carriers generally offer a lift gate service but at an additional fee.

Large items to be shipped internationally may not be covered by standard shipping methods and we will need to provide you with a special quote.  In such cases, you will be instructed to contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@petfrenzy.com. 

Special Delivery Services.
All packages shipped via UPS Small Package or FedEx Ground / Home Delivery are not shipped as "signature required". If you desire a signature at time of delivery, it must be requested by you in the "customer comments" field at the time of placing your order. Delivery to some locations inside the Continental US such as islands may incur additional shipping fees.  Special delivery services such as weekend delivery, inside delivery, hold at depot, lift gate, and other such services are not offered as standard shipping options but may be available. Tracking Your Order.
PetFrenzy.com offers all customers the ability to track their package online. Simply log into your account at the "Order Tracking/Status" option at the top of our web site and log in. Open the order that you desire to track and click on the tracking number. You will automatically be forwarded to the UPS web site and the status of your order will be displayed.
