PetSTEP Side Entry Support Strap

Finally a solution that allows you to use your pet ramp in the back seat of your vehicle! When you want to use your pet ramp in the back seat, only one side of the dog ramp rests on the seat making the ramp unstable and causes the ramp to tip. When you use the PetSTEP Side Entry Support Strap, it will attach to the side of the ramp that is not currently supported allowing your pet to easily enter and exit your car safely and easily.

1. Place the PetStep dog ramp in the side door of your car so that one upper corner of the ramp is resting on the car seat.



2. One end of the Side Entry Support Strap has a silver hook. Insert the silver hook into the slot on the corner of the pet ramp that is not resting on the car seat.



3. By rotating upwards as shown, lock the hook into position.



4. Hook the other end of the strap onto the car door window frame (this hook is rubber-coated steel and will not damage the paint on your car) as shown.



5. Just lift the tab on the buckle to adjust and then close the tab to lock into place. Adjust the strap length so it is taut.



6. Now the corner of the dog ramp that is not resting on the car seat is secured, preventing it from tipping!
