Leopard Dog Beds & Zoo Prints

Pumas and bobcats and cows, "oh my"! Yes, faux fur is all the rage in designer dog beds these days (with leopard dog beds topped only by pink dog beds in popularity). It's really no surprise. Today's faux fur fashion trend seems to apply to everything from home furnishings to footwear. So why not leopard dog beds? Or, if you prefer, zebra dog beds. There is a whole animal kingdom from which to choose.

We offer many sizes, but not all leopard dog beds or other zoo prints come in all sizes. But no need to fear if you own a German Shepherd who demands style. PetFrenzy takes great pride in making sure that we find designer dog beds for larger dogs, too.

A word of caution, though, about sizing for leopard dog beds, or any other kind of designer dog bed. Designer dog beds are really fun and good looking so it can be tempting to purchase one that might not be large enough for your dog. It is important to choose a bed that will allow your dog to fully stretch out. (Just think what it would be like if your feet hung over the edge of your bed.)

The absolute best way to be sure that you are choosing a bed that will comfortably accommodate your pet is: DO NOT RELY ONLY ON MANUFACTURER'S WEIGHT RECOMMENDATIONS.

Whether you are shopping for small dog beds or large dog beds, it's important to compare the dimensions of the bed you are interested in to the exact size of your dog while stretched out. If you don't know the size of your dog when stretched out, we strongly suggest that you take a measurement. Why end up with a bed that's not quite right, or go through the motions of having to exchange it for another? If you compare the size of your dog to the size of the bed, you will have a good fit every time.

There is a certain amount of confusion around beds that are called plastic dog beds because it could mean any one of three very different types of beds: PVC dog beds, or dog beds filled with super soft filling made from recycled plastic bottles or....plastic dog beds that are basically just empty plastic tubs that you fill with your own bedding or pillow for your dog.
