Answer: PetFrenzy has been in the online pet products business since 1999. PetFrenzy is headquartered in Ohio with its primary business office in Vermont at 4049 Williston Road, Suite 6, S. Burlington, VT 05403. Products are shipped from warehouses nationwide.
   
Question:   How do I know that PetFrenzy is a legitimate company before I use my credit card?

Answer: We are happy to take a phone order.  Simply contact us during normal business hours using our toll free order line on our homepage and below.
   
Question:   I have a tracking, billing or return question. Can I call for that?
Answer: Yes. But the fastest way to check on your order is by e-mail. Please send us a request. We try to respond within one business days.
   
Question:   I have contacted you recently, but have yet to receive a reply.

Answer: PetFrenzy charges sales tax in the states of Ohio and Vermont.
   
Question:   Does Pet Frenzy ship everything from its own warehouses, or do products ship directly from manufacturers??
