You can choose among 3 different methods to secure the door in place. The fastest and easiest installation method requires laying a bead of silicone caulk between the two tunnel sleeves, which will firmly hold the door together. The second method requires drilling rivets through the tunnel. We supply the drill bit and enough rivets to fasten the tunnel together. This method produces a very secure door that is tamper-proof from the outside. The third method involves attaching the tunnel sleeves with provided screws. This method holds the door in as well as the rivets but is not as secure since the door can be removed from the outside.
