interior and exterior trim, and 2 programmable collar keys for pet’s collar.
The door panel opens up and goes down like a "mini garage door".

Warranty:
Plexidor Pet Doors are covered by a 90 day unconditional and a 5 year limited
manufacturer's warranty. Any defective part will be replaced without expense
to the customer, including standard shipping charges, for five years from the
purchase date. Labor is not included.
